Strictly Digital Fulfillment (No Physical Shipping)

Maktab E Taleem is strictly an online educational technology (Ed-Tech) platform. We specialize exclusively in the creation, hosting, and distribution of digital educational content. Therefore, we do not sell, manufacture, or ship any physical goods, books, CDs, or merchandise. As there is no physical inventory involved in our business model, traditional shipping rates, courier tracking, and physical delivery timelines are entirely not applicable to our services.

Delivery of Digital Content (PDFs, Audio, Video Modules)

Upon successful realization of your payment through our secure payment gateway, the delivery of your purchased digital content is initiated automatically.

• Instant Access Links: You will receive a confirmation message on your registered WhatsApp number and an email to your registered email address containing the direct, secure links to download or stream your purchased materials (such as E-books, PDF workbooks, audio files, and pre-recorded video masterclasses).
• Delivery Timeframe: While the delivery is generally instant, please allow a maximum buffer window of up to 24 hours for the digital delivery to be completed in case of any unforeseen server delays or network congestion.
• Platform Requirements: To access our materials, you require a standard smartphone, tablet, or computer with an active internet connection, a PDF reader, and media playback capabilities.

Delivery of 1-to-1 Live Education System (WhatsApp Video)

For students enrolled in our premium tiers (such as the Premium Scholar Bundle) that include 1-to-1 personalized mentorship, the "delivery" of the product is conducted virtually through real-time communication.

• Scheduling: Within 24-48 hours of your successful enrollment, our academic coordinator will contact you via your registered WhatsApp number to mutually agree upon a schedule for your live sessions.
• Medium of Delivery: The actual educational sessions are delivered entirely via WhatsApp Video Calls or similar encrypted video conferencing tools. This ensures seamless, high-quality, and accessible 1-to-1 education directly to your mobile device.
• Attendance and Fulfillment: A session is marked as "delivered" once the video call is concluded as per the scheduled time. If a student fails to attend a scheduled virtual session without prior notice, that specific module of delivery may be considered forfeit as per our scheduling terms.

Troubleshooting Non-Delivery

If you have made a successful payment but have not received your digital access links on WhatsApp or Email within 24 hours, please check your spam/junk folders. If the communication is still missing, it may be due to a typo in the contact details provided during checkout. In such instances, immediately reach out to our support team at support@maktabetaleem.site with your transaction ID, and we will manually route the delivery of your digital assets to the correct address within 1 business day.
